Raw Desserts workshops are back for 2018!

After a big sellout in 2017 and a great success with Kitchen By Food Rebel's raw dessert workshops, we’re going to be hosting our first of the year on 20th January at 3pm.

You’ll learn how to make 3 simple and easy healthy raw desserts in the kitchen with Elika and Holly.

We’ll show you how to make three new desserts including Mango and Tumeric raw cupcakes, espresso and orange bliss balls, dragonfruit cheesecake. The desserts are all gluten, dairy & refined sugar-free but most importantly will satisfy the sweetest of tooths whilst providing a more stable blood sugar level.

Holly will give a demo on how to make these desserts, including the equipment and ingredients needed, tips on where to buy these from, as well as the health properties of each ingredient. Elika will provide nutritional health tips and advice throughout the demo. You’ll be able to try all three raw desserts throughout the demo.
